Damon is the Founder of Los Angeles Bicycle Academy, established in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in the cycling industry that includes retail management, sales, and youth development and training. Damon experienced firsthand the lack of diversity and equity in cycling, thus inspiring him to create change.
